Website & Web App Design

A site you own outright — not one you rent from a theme that charges you every month.

Scoped per build — book a call for a figure

What it is

We design and build custom websites and web applications: the brand-level design, the pages that convert, and the working parts behind them — lead capture, booking, payments, a client portal, whatever the business actually runs on. The build is yours when it ships. No page builder subscription, no per-sale cut, no platform that can change its terms and take the site with it. Most businesses come to us from a template they have outgrown, and the move is part of the job: content, policies, search rankings and links all carry across.

The problem it solves

Your site looks like the template it came from, and so does every competitor's.
You pay a platform every month to host a site you cannot fully change.
Leads arrive by email and nothing happens to them until someone remembers.
Nobody can tell you which pages make money, because nothing is tracked.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a custom website cost?

It is quoted per build, because a brochure site and a storefront that takes payments are not the same job. We scope it with you on a call and give you a fixed figure before anything starts — we do not publish a bracket that would be wrong for most people.

Do I own the website when it is finished?

Yes. The code, the content and the domain are yours. There is no monthly platform fee to keep it online and no cut of what you sell through it.

Can you move me off Shopify, Wix, Squarespace or WordPress?

Yes, and the migration is part of the build. We carry across your content, your policies and your search rankings, and redirect the old URLs so links people already have keep working.

How long does a website build take?

Most sites run three to six weeks depending on how many pages and how much functionality. A build with a store, a portal or custom software takes longer, and we sequence it so parts go live as they are ready.

Can you build a web app, not just a website?

Yes. Client portals, booking systems, dashboards and internal tools are a large part of what we build — usually when an off-the-shelf product almost fits but is costing a subscription for the half that does not.
