Payments

Fees are due as stated on your invoice or booking. Paid strategy sessions and deposits are described at the point of purchase. Any results guarantee applies only as written in your engagement agreement.

Intellectual property

Site content is owned by Adomatic. Ownership of work produced for clients transfers as set out in the applicable engagement agreement.

Limitation of liability

The site and services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adomatic is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
